Exchange Policy

• We aim to process and ship orders promptly, but delivery times may vary depending on your location and other factors.
• To be eligible for exchanges, items must be purchased directly from the official online store of the clothing label.
• You may need to provide the original proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.
• The product(s) must be unused, unwashed, and in the original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• For exchanges, the process usually involves returning the item and placing a new order.
• Shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes (if applicable) will be calculated and added to your order during checkout.
• We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a defective, in wrong size, or incorrect product, you may be eligible for an exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Products that are returned for the purpose of exchanges, it must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags intact.
• To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team within the specified timeframe and provide details of the issue, including order number, product name, and a clear description or supporting evidence of the defect, wrong size, or damage.
• Exchanges will be subject to product availability. If the requested item is not available, we may offer a replacement item of equal or above value.
• Please note that sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
• In the case of an approved exchange, the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
• Please note that any additional fabric or embellishments used for product shoots that are not included with the actual product are mentioned in product description. Therefore, exchange requests based on the absence of these elements will not be considered valid
• We reserve the right to refuse exchanges if the products do not meet our return policy criteria.
• For international orders, shipping costs will be calculated and added to your order during the checkout process. The exact shipping cost will depend on the destination, weight, and dimensions of the package.
